- Educate patients about procedures recovery and follow-up care
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately
- Monitor and manage patient progress and report changes
- Participate in surgical procedures as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in surgical settings preferably in breast surgery
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Advanced practice certification in relevant specialties is a plus
