Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Reworded Key Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation analysis and documentation of business functional and technical requirements through structured workshops and meetings with OSI subject-matter experts and leadership.
Assess existing tools and processes including databases spreadsheets SharePoint and legacy/mainframe systems to define optimized future-state case management workflows.
Design end-to-end investigative workflows covering case intake prioritization assignment alerts reassignment and supervisory review and approval.
Define integration requirements with internal and external data and analytics platforms including Splunk NASWA IDH banking and financial data feeds UI systems and enterprise data warehouses as well as rules governing Risk-Based Alert (RBA) intake and updates.
Specify document and records management capabilities including secure repositories court-ready reporting exportable case files investigative worksheets and comprehensive audit histories.
Identify and document security privacy and access-control requirements including multi-factor authentication encryption at rest and in transit role-based access control PII/CTI protections and controlled information sharing with external partners.
Design supervisory dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor caseloads case status timeliness backlogs audit trails and compliance metrics.
Adapt and extend existing Salesforce UI Benefits workflows and define system interconnections to support referrals and coordination between OSI UI Benefits and other stakeholders.
Develop maintain and refine core project documentation including the Systems Design Document Architectural Diagram Integration Diagram and Requirements Document delivering drafts within established timelines and final versions within the project schedule.
Provide regular (weekly) documentation of work performed progress achieved risks and key design or implementation decisions.

Reworded Required Qualifications

A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading requirements gathering efforts and producing detailed technical specifications for projects of comparable size and complexity.
At least five (5) years of professional experience including a minimum of three (3) completed projects demonstrating:
- Design and development of workflow solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Design of investigative workflows supporting civil law enforcement audit functions or personnel misconduct investigations.
- Work within highly regulated statutory and regulatory environments including strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Integration of data analytics platforms (such as Splunk) into business workflows to support investigative and decision-making processes.

Reworded Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing investigative workflows for criminal investigations or other high-risk high-stakes enforcement environments.
Experience designing case management or investigative systems for government labor benefits administration or fraud detection and investigation programs.
