Job Summary:
The State of South Carolina is seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to support the migration and modernization of applications from a previous environment to a new one. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The role requires the candidate to be a South Carolina resident and work fully onsite initially with potential for telecommuting two days per week after 3 months and meeting project milestones.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Support the migration and modernization of applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project needs.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Contribute to the overall success of the migration project.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experienced Non-manager
- Must be a South Carolina resident.
