About this Position:
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Tasks:

Maintain connectivity between client construction software and SFS managing the migration from SiteManager/WIPPER to AASHTOWare and eventual decommissioning.

Manage the OPPM Interface with SFS ensuring daily transaction continuity and processing Production Update Requests for audit purposes.
-
Resolve daily operational problems and data anomalies across all interfaces to ensure continuous system operations.
-
Perform application changes testing and implementation based on specific change requests and documented requirements.
-
Maintain the SFS Data Warehouse by researching report issues identifying anomaly causes with SFS staff and performing follow-up programming.
-
Support the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Capital Program by integrating additional source systems like Consultant Management data.
-
Modify Data Warehouse structures and integrate data with other clients systems to meet evolving business requirements.
-
Provide data feeds views and reports to internal and external applications including data provided to public entities.
-
Develop and maintain OBIEE repositories physical mapping and dashboards including ETL processes for Primavera and other source systems.

Utilize SFS PS Query Manager and SFS Analytics to develop and distribute recurring reports and private queries to end-users.
-
Develop a comprehensive Business System Interface Transition Plan for OITS including workflow diagrams system designs and a detailed knowledge transfer plan.
Required Experience:
-
Current experience in business analysis requirements gathering process improvements stakeholder engagement and documentation.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis working on complex IT projects.
Preferred Skills:
-
Preferred knowledge of clients Financial Systems and Statewide Financial System or other comparable state transportation agencies of comparable size and complexity.

Preferred experience in the Statewide Financial System specifically related to Enterprise Automation (ESA) of at least five (5) years.

Preferred experience involved projects lasting longer than three (3) years.
