Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions supporting financial services operations. This role will drive architecture strategy across Sales Service Marketing and Financial Services Cloud ensuring alignment with enterprise standards regulatory requirements and long-term digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
Lead solution design for complex implementations involving loan origination customer onboarding servicing and collections processes.
Architect secure integrations between Salesforce and core systems such as loan management credit bureaus payment gateways and data warehouses.
Establish best practices for data modeling governance and master data management within Salesforce.
Design and oversee implementation of API-based integrations using REST/SOAP MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations data privacy laws (GLBA CCPA) and enterprise security standards.
Implement robust role hierarchy sharing rules and field-level security to safeguard sensitive financial data.
Provide architectural guidance on automation tools including Flows Apex LWC and third-party AppExchange solutions.
Lead performance optimization initiatives for high-volume transaction and customer data environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications

10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce architecture roles
Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex LWC Flow Integration Patterns
Proven experience designing enterprise-grade integrations
Strong understanding of security architecture and data protection in regulated industries
Experience working in financial services banking or automotive finance domains
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
- Application/System Architect
- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
