Job Summary

Why is this position open: New position - As an agency established from a prior agency we need to migrate and modernize our applications from a previous environment to a new one.
Will close to submissions on 02/11 at 5:00PM EST.
Interview Process: 1 round Virtual/Online
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Fully onsite until the candidate is eligible for telecommuting two days per week after 3 months and certain project milestones being met.
Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident. No relocation allowed. Required Skills

A bachelors degree in computer science or a related area and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis.

5 years of experience with Government IT Projects as a Business Analyst or in related roles - This is Must

5 years of experience in eliciting analyzing and documenting business rules processes and requirements.

1 years of hands-on experience with the system development life cycle (SDLC).

1 years of experience with SQL database.

Preferred Skills

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA).

Certification such as PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

1 years of experience using JIRA and Microsoft Office Products.
