Synergie Australia is seeking a Settlements Officer for atrusted client located in Parramatta.
The important parts:
- Pay:$37 per hour super Duration:12-month initial contract (potential for permanent role)
- Hours:MondayFriday 9:00am5:30pm 38 hrs per week
What you will be required to do:
Youll guide customers through one of the biggest moments of their lives coordinating with banks solicitors and PEXA to keep every homeloan settlement moving smoothly. This is a handson peoplefocused role where your accuracy and collaboration help deliver a seamless settlement experience.
- Process timely accurate and compliant settlements.
- Verify and validate all settlement documentation.
- Liaise with banks solicitors PEXA and internal teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve settlement issues.
- Identify and escalate risks ensuring strong compliance.
- Contribute to process and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate across Mortgage Operations to support business outcomes
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have strong knowledge of consumer banking products and settlement processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Apply sound judgement problemsolving and analytical thinking.
- Demonstrate resilience adaptability and a customerfocused mindset.
- Work collaboratively and uphold strong risk and compliance standards.
