Job Summary

The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for answering telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and logging calls electronically in accordance with established operating procedures. The role also includes administrative and clerical duties such as report preparation and filing.

The Help Desk Officer will act as a key point of contact between the Company and external institutions demonstrating confidence professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills at all times.

  Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Logging calls accurately using the Companys electronic systems.
  • Carrying out administrative and clerical duties including report preparation and filing.
  • Liaising with external institutions and internal teams as required.
  • Ensuring consistent service delivery across all shifts including nights.

 


Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possesses an MQF Level 3 Qualification;
  • Is conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Is fluent in Maltese and English with strong verbal communication skills;
  • Is willing and able to work on a shift basis including nights Sundays and Public Holidays;
  • Is flexible reliable and able to attend to urgent work requirements;
  • Is an effective team player who enjoys working with people.
