Job Description: The Logistics Officer will report to the Logistics Manager and be part of an amazing logistics department. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations liaising with clients and installers managing documentation and overseeing payment control to ensure efficient logistics delivery.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the daily work programme and schedules.
- Contact clients to arrange and confirm appointments.
- Inform and coordinate with installers regarding daily assignments and schedules.
- Distribute all relevant documentation and paperwork to installers and clients.
- Ensure all programmes and schedules are accurately entered into the management system.
- Monitor control and record all payments related to logistics operations.
- Maintain clear communication between management clients and installation teams.
- Address scheduling changes and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure deadlines and service commitments are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Italian.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in scheduling and management software.
