Job Summary
A boutique firm part of a wider financial services group is urgently seeking a Finance Officer to join its Sliema this role you will be part of a high-performing and diverse team responsible for safeguarding the business and providing financial advice to the Managing Director.
This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to 35K plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile monthly management accounts
Support auditors and prepare annual financial statements
Process payments and issue sales invoices
Post data to ledgers accurately
Submit reports to regulatory authorities
Education Skills & Experience
ACCA part-qualified or equivalent
Fluency in English (C2/native level)
Good understanding of Maltese VAT and regulations
Proficient in MS 365 applications especially Excel Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
