Americas Sales Operations Intern

• Manage and work with Salesforce for queue management of cases and other vendor platforms.
• Permission and set delivery of products data and software resolves product delivery issues.
• Provide ideas for automation
• Liaison Product Management on product releases and changes.
• Work closely with the Development Team on to recommend system enhancements and identify existing system issues.
• Ad-hoc reports needed during quarter end and on a weekly basis.

• Studying degree in Business Finance Administration or related field. (6thsemester or above)
• Tentative graduation date June 2027
• Availability 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills outgoing and confident.
