About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Infrastructure Specialist to support our growing SDR team. This role will focus on two key areas: maintaining the teams email and outbound infrastructure and supporting the SDR team with high-quality prospect lists.
This person will work closely with the SDR Manager and Team Leads to ensure our outbound systems run smoothly and that the team consistently has new well-built prospect lists to work on. The ideal candidate is technical organized and comfortable working with outbound sales tools and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
Manage and maintain the SDR teams outbound email infrastructure.
Set up and maintain domains inboxes and sending accounts.
Monitor and optimize email deliverability and domain health.
Manage email warm-up and sending practices.
Troubleshoot outbound email issues for the SDR team.
Maintain and manage tools used for email infrastructure such as Mailreef
Superwave and similar platforms.
Ensure systems are functioning properly so SDRs can consistently run outbound
campaigns.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo and
Apollo.
Ensure prospect data is accurate complete and usable for outbound campaigns.
Work with the SDR Manager and Team Leads to identify target industries company profiles and key contacts.
Maintain strong list quality and avoid duplicate or outdated contacts.
Maintain clean and structured prospect data used by the SDR team.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies between prospecting tools.
Support data enrichment and cleanup initiatives when needed.
Help ensure the SDR team has reliable data to support outbound efforts.
Identify opportunities to improve outbound workflows and list-building processes.
Document and maintain internal processes related to list creation and email
infrastructure.
Help scale systems and processes as the SDR team grows.
Experience working with ZoomInfo and Apollo for prospecting and list building.
Strong understanding of email deliverability and outbound infrastructure.
Experience working with email infrastructure tools such as Mailreef Superwave or
similar platforms.
Strong research and data organization skills.
High attention to detail when working with contact and company data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Comfortable supporting a fast-paced outbound sales team.
Consistent delivery of 1 high-quality prospect list per week. Reliable outbound email infrastructure with strong deliverability.
Accurate and usable prospect data for SDR campaigns.
Improved SDR productivity through strong data and system reliability.
Required Skills:
Responsibilities : Initiate high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Leverage advanced power dialers to efficiently manage and maximize outbound call volumes and optimize time spent on calls Meet and exceed assigned daily weekly and monthly call and conversation quotas to contribute to overall sales objectives Cultivate key relationships with new customers and industries to grow business and create new opportunities Understand customer pain points and create solutions and opportunities to resolve them through regular communication and follow-ups Remain up to date on product and industry trends and provide new strategic business opportunities Reach out to inactive accounts to re-introduce Best Access Doors products and services Nurture relationships through active and diligent follow-up using various tools including but not limited to phone email digital properties and various Social Media Platforms. Maintain accurate records of all leads opportunities and contact activities utilizing the Companys CRM capabilities. Meet Corporate Department and Individual targets and Key Performance Indicators. Always represent our company and products with integrity May on occasion be asked to take on tasks outside of job responsibility to help with company goals Skills/Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience) 02 years of experience in a sales business development or customer-facing role (entry-level welcome) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively High energy proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Zoominfo etc.) Coachable self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset Comfortable working in a remote fast-paced and team-oriented environment Asset: Exposure to construction e-commerce or B2B environments
