In this dynamic environment we are looking foranambitious and self-drivenReceptionistto join ourFacilities and Infrastructure Managementteamin Athens.

Deliver professional welcome to all visitors clients and colleagues exceptional client experience.

Manage all incoming calls emails and correspondence with accuracy discretion and service excellence.

Ensure the reception area and meeting roomsmaintaincleanliness readiness and hospitality.

Coordinate meeting room bookings ensuring availabilitysetting uprequirements and smooth daily operations.

Support administrative activities including courier management filing supply monitoring and liaison with internal teams.

Oversee access control systems by administering the creation adjustment and removal of access rights in alignment with security.

Provide highquality support for internal and client events by coordinatinglogistics managing requirements from requestors and ensuring seamless event execution.

Whatyoubringmatters

Previousexperience in a receptionist frontoffice or administrative role ideally within a professional services environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational capabilities attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Comfort with technology andproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
