We are looking for a Front Office Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury resort environment and take their first meaningful step into the world of hospitality. This is an opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals gain insight into luxury resort operations and develop the skills that will shape your future career.
During your traineeship you will be fully immersed in the daily life of the resort experiencing real-time operations guest interactions and cross-department teamwork. With guidance structured on-the-job learning and mentorship from our Front Office team you will build a strong foundation in luxury hospitality while contributing to a welcoming and collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Assist in welcoming guests and providing warm professional and attentive service
- Support the team with check-in and check-out procedures
- Learn to handle guest inquiries requests and feedback with care efficiency and discretion
- Gain practical experience with property management systems and communication tools
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Tourism or a related field with an internship required as part of your program
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Genuine passion for learning how to create memorable guest experiences and for building a career in the hospitality industry
