Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence telephone center operations and welcoming/supporting visitors and clients.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments preparing documents and reports and providing day-to-day support to management and team members.
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems document classification office supplies management and ensuring overall office organization and order.
- Daily use of MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Good computer literacy
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 10 years previous experience in similar roles (office administration back office data entry)
