The Position
As a GDC Administrator Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) you play a pivotal role in shaping commercial success by combining strong business analytics with tenders and contract management expertise. You partner closely with commercial teams customers and global functions to develop profitable quotes and ensure a seamless Quote-to-Contract this role you leverage your systems knowledge critical thinking and enterprise mindset to drive sustainable business impact and support our long-term commercial strategy. You thrive in a networked environment continuously seeking opportunities to simplify processes enhance data quality and deliver value.
The Opportunity
Lead the creation and maintenance of profitable quotes through GDC including business scenarios tender preparation and compliance checks.
Serve as a key user for GDC SAP and the Quote-to-Contract workflow ensuring accurate data timely system updates and smooth end-to-end deal implementation.
Collaborate with commercial tender and global teams to ensure aligned efficient and compliant contract lifecycle management.
Monitor financial performance and advise on deviations risks or corrective actions that support commercial decisions.
Co-create business models with internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparency value quantification and customer-focused outcomes.
Identify and implement process improvements leveraging digital tools including AI to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in FEP communities to exchange best practices and strengthen enterprise collaboration across markets.
Who You Are
You have strong business analytics skills and experience in tenders and contract management supported by a commercial and customer-centric mindset.
You understand the local healthcare and procurement landscape and stay informed about market and competitive dynamics.
You take a systems-thinking approach understanding upstream and downstream impacts across the Quote-to-Contract process.
You build trusted relationships actively seek input and collaborate effectively across teams functions and geographies.
You navigate complexity with agility maintain an enterprise mindset communicate effectively and are fluent in English and Greek written and spoken.
