We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team at Panno Realty. As a Virtual Assistant you will provide remote administrative and operational support to our real estate company helping our agents manage daily tasks and stay focused on sales and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails calendars appointments and follow-ups for agents and brokers
- Enter update and maintain property listings client records and transaction data
- Assist in preparing and organizing real estate documents and contracts
- Respond professionally to client inquiries via email phone or chat
- Coordinate showings inspections appraisals and closings
- Update property listings on websites and marketing platforms
- Perform data entry file management and record-keeping tasks
- Generate reports on listings sales and client activity
- Support basic marketing tasks such as email campaigns or social media posting (optional)
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Some familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and communication tools
- Experience with CRM systems MLS platforms or real estate software preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and computer
