What youll do
- Oversee daily operations department leaders staffing and vendor partnerships.
- Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies outreach and market insights.
- Manage budgets financial performance and key reporting.
- Champion resident experience safety compliance and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed.
You bring
- 5 years of leadership in senior living hospitality or related operations.
- Financial acumen people leadership and confident communication (including public speaking).
- Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing ADA OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
