Job Summary

Core Functions
  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts along with leads and prospects within the assigned territory and surrounding regions.
  • Drive sales through a consultative needs-based approach with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Present product and market insights to customers assisting them in selecting solutions aligned with their requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including R&D Purchasing and senior leadership through regular engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish develop and maintain strong business relationships aligned with the organizations product portfolio.
  • Research and evaluate prospective clients to assess business potential.
  • Prepare clear and effective proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product management marketing accounting logistics and quality.
  • Analyze competitive positioning and communicate product advantages.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute territory strategies focused on maximizing ROI.
  • Provide regular updates on customer feedback market trends and competitive activity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product applications industry trends and market conditions.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel as required to support business development and client relationships.
  • Accurately document all sales activities within CRM/ERP systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within industries such as nutraceuticals food & beverage or dietary supplements.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts generating leads and closing business with manufacturing clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
