Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle high-value high-exposure personal injury cases with a strong focus on client advocacy
• Review and draft litigation documents including pleadings discovery motions and legal memoranda
• Maintain clear consistent communication with clients throughout every stage of their case
• Prepare for depositions including coordinating with expert witnesses and drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attend and actively participate in depositions mediations hearings and court proceedings with thorough preparation

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Strong drive to succeed grow and advance professionally
• Resilient persistent and motivated to perform at a high level

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from $170000 to $200000 dependent on trial experience
• Percentage of attorney fees dependent on trial experience
