Associate Attorney
About the Role:
An established and growing law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client matters while collaborating closely with experienced attorneys on complex employment law cases.
You will be actively involved in all stages of litigation-from initial client consultation through resolution-making this an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want hands-on experience client exposure and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a diverse caseload of employment law matters
- Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings discovery motions and court appearances
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents
- Communicate directly with clients providing strategic guidance and updates
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
- Utilize legal technology tools to efficiently manage cases and documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of employment law experience (required)
- Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using legal technology and case management systems
- Active admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
