Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to be the face of our flagship project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by engaging potential clients delivering compelling project overviews and closing deals. This is a frontline role critical to the projects commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed and persuasive presentations and walkthroughs of the project to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions guiding them through the entire sales process.
- Proactively follow up on leads negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the projects features USPs pricing and payment plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to provide market feedback and strategies.
- Ensure all sales documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Over 5 years of proven experience with 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in real estate high-end retail luxury automotive or premium service industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for persuasive speaking.
- Highly presentable professional and confident demeanor.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated ambitious and able to work independently.
