Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative



We are seeking a high-energy results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our sales this role you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy responsible for identifying qualifying and securing high-value opportunities within the tech and ERP landscape. You will act as a strategic bridge between marketing and sales utilizing multi-channel outreach including cold calling email and LinkedIn to drive a consistent pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and set appointments.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the outbound lead generation process through integrated email marketing LinkedIn outreach and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
  • Perform outbound prospecting to qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for GoSaaS services.
  • Drive leads generated via marketing channels to set up qualified appointments; perform persistent call follow-ups to working leads.
  • Operate within Salesforce CRM to run proper cadences on every Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and maintain accurate real-time records of all sales interactions.
  • Collaborate with the North America-based sales team to develop effective outreach tactics and provide email marketing teams with templates that drive high response rates.
  • Meet monthly SQL targets while staying up-to-date on industry trends competitor activities and deep product knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.



Must Have Skills:

  • 35 years of experience in SDR or Account Executive (AE) roles within the technology industry.
  • Proven experience working directly with North America-based clients and sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling appointment setting and managing outbound email/LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and sales automation tools to manage high-volume cadences.
  • Strong command of English (both verbal and written) with the ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
  • A proactive can-do behavior with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.



Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in an AE role conducting discovery calls with clients.
  • Experience responding to large RFPs in the US or Canadian markets.
  • Deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or ERP systems particularly Oracle Cloud Applications.



Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
