Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Agriculture Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the sugar commodities or agriculture.
  • Strong understanding of sugar trading distribution channels and industrial buyers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
  • Experience in B2B commodity sales or export markets.
  • Strong network within the sugar industry and wholesale markets.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and commodity pricing dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue for sugar products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors wholesalers and industrial buyers such as food & beverage manufacturers bakeries and FMCG companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys distribution network across local and international markets.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate sales contracts pricing and long-term supply agreements.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry pricing to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with production logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Lead marketing initiatives including trade promotions product positioning and market penetration strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts market reports and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Represent the company in industry meetings trade events and business development opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
