Our client Clustox is looking for Associate Sales Development Representative in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Secure new business through prospecting lead generation (Linkedin) converting Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and closing sales as per business goals
  • Conduct effective business development and sales meetings (audio/video) professionally and persuasively.
  • Drive Clustox Sales Cycle (that includes discovery assessment proposal presentation and negotiations)
  • Recording status managing information and reporting performance in the CRM tool such as HUB Spot
  • Document case studies for showcasing to prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs (ICP)

Required Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in business/marketing/CS or relevant from a reputable university.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Good research aptitude to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and engaging with prospects
  • Internship or hands-on experience in IT Services Sales (3-6 months) preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools (CRM) is a plus
  • Candidates with an O/A Level academic background will be given preference
  • EST overlap required
