Legal Associate – Revenue Law & Title Practice
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate with strong expertise in Revenue Law Title Practice and property-related matters. The ideal candidate will handle land and property documentation conduct due diligence and support legal compliance for property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft review and vet legal documents related to land acquisition property transactions and title matters.
Conduct title searches title verification and due diligence for immovable properties.
Handle revenue records land-related compliance and coordination with government authorities.
Manage and assist in property disputes mutations and land conversion matters.
Draft review and negotiate agreements contracts deeds and conveyance documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable land revenue laws property laws and local regulations.
Stay updated with changes in revenue laws land policies and legal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Revenue Law Title Practice and property matters.
Mandatory: Strong drafting skills in Gujarati and English.
Practical exposure to property documentation title due diligence and land revenue procedures.
Good understanding of local land laws and government processes.
Strong analytical drafting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with law firms real estate developers or corporate legal teams.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
