Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst I will own the operational setup technical execution and delivery of basic marketing campaigns and communications for the various lines of business. The Analyst may be partnered with a more seasoned peer to accomplish deliverables with the expectation of working autonomously within 12 months. This role will effectively collaborate with internal partners communicate effectively utilizing both business and technical nomenclature and translate business requirements into technical requirements.Essential Job Functions
Support audience selection files test setup segmentation and campaign tracking files. Learn new tools data schemas systems and processes with a focus on being First Line of Defense for Bread Financial ensuring unnecessary risks are mitigated. - (40%)
Interact with internal partners on data-driven solutions ensuring strategic intent and campaign execution are aligned through program design review cross functional meetings and internal partner touch bases. Meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced/changing environment. - (40%)
Follow marketing executions rigorous control framework to ensure flawless execution for internal partners and brand partners creating a positive customer experience while driving incremental customers sales and profit. - (20%)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Mathematics or equivalent relevant work experience
0-1 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and audience selection using SAS SQL Unica (IBM Campaign) or other campaign selection tool.
Preferred Qualifications
1 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and audience selection using SAS SQL Unica (IBM Campaign) or other campaign selection tool.
Financial Services experience preferred.
