Role Summary

This role serves as the AI and Automation Champion supporting multiple global functions including Finance Operations Supply Chain and Sales. The Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst will independently identify prioritize and deliver AI- and automation-driven improvements that streamline processes reduce manual effort and improve the quality and timeliness of reporting. This is a hands-on initiative-driven role for someone with strong analytical depth modern automation and AI experience and the ability to work directly with business leaders to turn ideas into real deployed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Automation & Process Transformation • Act as the lead owner for AI and automation initiatives across multiple business functions • Identify prioritize and drive automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve decision-making • Design build and deploy AI agents automation workflows and data pipelines used in production • Partner with stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to scalable solutions Business Analysis & Cross-Functional Partnership • Work with Finance Operations Supply Chain Sales and IT to understand end-to-end processes • Translate business problems into structured requirements and solutions Data Analytics & Reporting • Design and maintain operational and financial dashboards and reports • Build standardized datasets to support recurring and ad-hoc analysis Finance & Manufacturing Analytics Support • Support close forecasting and management reporting

• Deliver analytics related to margins costs productivity and inventory Ownership & Leadership • Independently manage a portfolio of automation initiatives • Establish analytics and automation best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics Business Analytics Finance Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Strong Power BI Power Automate Excel and Power Query experience • Proven experience implementing AI and automation in real business processes • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating AI agents or advanced automation solutions • Manufacturing operations finance or data analytics background • ERP exposure (IFS M2M) • Python or SQL experience
