ANGARAI is seeking a Business Development Associate to support and manage the end-to-end growth capture and proposal operations lifecycle serving as the operational backbone of the Growth Department. This role is responsible for ensuring that business development capture proposal pricing staffing compliance and submission activities are executed in a structured compliant and timely manner using Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive as the single systems of record.
The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth operational discipline data integrity audit readiness and cross-functional coordination. The role works closely with Business Development Capture Solutions Proposal Management Finance TAMS and Contract Management to ensure that opportunities move cleanly through the Gate-based pipeline from identification through submission without gaps delays or compliance risks.
This role supports ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and support end-to-end growth operations across business development capture and proposal activities ensuring structured execution from opportunity identification through submission.
- Manage Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive as the official systems of record for growth activities maintaining accurate opportunity data documentation and audit-ready records.
- Coordinate capture and proposal readiness by supporting Go / No-Go processes requirement tracking documentation control and timeline management.
- Ensure timely tracking and management of RFP deadlines internal milestones and submission schedules.
- Support proposal development and compliance by assisting with requirements traceability documentation completeness and submission readiness.
- Act as a cross-functional operational connector ensuring alignment communication and process discipline across growth-related teams.
- Identify operational risks gaps or delays and proactively support mitigation and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in growth operations proposal operations capture support business operations or related roles (can be scaled for seniority if needed).
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of RFP-driven environments including capture proposal and compliance workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines track details accurately and maintain structured documentation.
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail data accuracy and operational discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive business pricing and opportunity data.
- Availability to work in alignment with U.S. EST business hours supporting India and U.S. operations.
