Ability to read bills analyze load profiles and understand plant sizing
Strong research and outbound calling capability
Self-driven with high follow-up discipline
Great negotiations skills fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
An attitude to get things done problem solving skills Passionate for achieving goals
Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client.
Must have own vehicles Travel is must for this role

Requirements

Qualifications :
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred
MBA in Marketing/Sales
Willing to learn 14 years to gain experience in solar EPC sales


Required Skills:

Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate. 25 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales. Strong knowledge of solar panels inverters batteries and rooftop solar solutions. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors. Self-driven target-oriented and passionate about renewable energy.
