Job Description: PGT Economics

Location: GD Goenka Nainital
Salary: 50000 per month

We are looking for an experienced PGT Economics teacher to join CBSE Residential School at Nanital. The candidate should have strong subject expertise excellent classroom delivery skills and experience teaching senior secondary (Board) classes with consistent academic results. Exposure to modern teaching methodologies and NEP-aligned practices is essential.

Responsibilities:

Teach Economics to senior secondary students as per CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver structured engaging and concept-driven lessons.
Prepare students effectively for Board examinations with strong results.
Conduct assessments evaluations and remedial sessions as required.
Participate in academic planning examinations and school activities.
Integrate NEP guidelines and modern pedagogical practices into teaching.

Requirements:

M.A. in Economics.

Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Board classes in a reputed residential school.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Economics (Value Add).
Strong fluency in spoken English.
