Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening and onboarding
Handle HR generalist activities such as payroll employee relations compliance and performance management
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Manage and support a workforce of 150 employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies
