Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and drive hiring strategies across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple roles
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Screen shortlist and conduct initial candidate interviews
Post jobs on portals and use multiple sourcing channels
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet hiring deadlines and work under pressure
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in job portals and MS Office
