CompetenciesKnowledge of the following: National and Provincial instruments and legislation pertaining to human resources management with specific reference to the Public Service Amendment Act Public Service Regulations and Labour Relations Act;Human Resource Development legislation and documentation e.g. Skills Development Act National Skills Development Strategy National Human Resource Development SAQA Act Skills Development Levies Act Sectorial plans (relevant to SETA) White Paper on Public Service Training and Education.
Skills needed: Communication (written and verbal); Interpersonal relations; Flexibility; Teamwork; Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint etc); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Planning and organisation; Ability to analyse and conceptualise; Experience in administrative and clerical work in HRD environment; Experience in the Bursary administration environment; Experience in the Internship and Learnership environment.
