As a Senior Site Account Manager you will be responsible for driving the sales of wear parts spare parts services upgrades and retrofits to mining customers located near Parauapebas/PA in the northern region of Brazil. Solid experience in mining aftermarket sales is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Act as the main customer contact building and maintaining strong relationships. Develop and sustain key customer connections to establish long-term profitable partnerships.

Drive the sale of spare parts wear parts upgrades retrofits and services in alignment with established targets.

Develop market strategies: create market entry and growth strategies for parts in collaboration with service line management and aligned with regional needs.

Supervise technical and complex proposals overseeing quotations requiring detailed technical input.

Implement pricing strategies tailored to market dynamics to achieve goals and objectives.

Deliver excellent customer service. Create and implement sales strategies to expand market share including value propositions and ROI analyses that differentiate FLS.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and support proposal development.

Manage regular updates in the CRM system including contacts appointments and opportunities.

Maintain overall responsibility for managing targets for your assigned customer portfolio including budgetary goals.

Monitor market conditions to understand trends and long-term customer needs.

Work closely with sales colleagues and specialists from other departments on technical product service and pricing topics throughout proposal and order execution.

These responsibilities reflect a holistic approach to ensuring sales success and customer satisfaction while maintaining solid technical and commercial performance standards.

What You Bring

Residence in Parauapebas/PA or willingness to relocate

Bachelors degree in Engineering

At least 10 years of experience in mining aftermarket sales

Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment

Advanced English; Spanish is a plus

Availability for travel
