Logistics Project Manager, Transportation

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Project Manager who is enthusiastic about driving growth and supporting the expansion of Amazons distributed operations programs in Brazil. Your main challenge will be to connect business and technology benchmarking globally to create a world-class experience for Customers and Sellers in Brazil. Key job responsibilities
- Shape the development of the Customer Pickup Points network with a focus on better serving our sellers;
- Expand a new product for Customers while maintaining high service level and operational excellence
- Implement strategic projects to ensure the best scalability and experience throughout the Last Mile;
- Create business cases and implement POCs in an agile environment;
- Conduct operational visits and audits at our facilities;
- Be data-driven to identify new business opportunities that empower distributed point operations;
- Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth;
- Work effectively with various stakeholders at different levels including field operators support teams and tech product managers;
- Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven analysis for better decision-making.

A day in the life
Your typical day involves managing multiple project workstreams following up on key metrics and ensuring high-quality expansion of logistics initiatives. Youll coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and drive progress on deliverables. During regular status meetings youll provide updates on active initiatives and track progress against goals. Youll analyze data to identify trends and opportunities creating action plans that advance the teams strategic objectives.

Our team is delivering and expanding a global Amazon initiative in Brazil. As a relatively new team to Amazon we offer a unique environment where members can help shape our culture while innovating and implementing new ideas. - Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working in supply chain transportation project management or management consulting
- Experience in program or project management
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to make data-backed business decisions
- Experience in clear and precise writing
