Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive I to drive net-new logo acquisition across Spanish-speaking LATAM and Government accounts working both directly and through partners. This role is 100% focused on new business development selling Axways Integration portfolio to complex regulated and enterprise-level customers.

You will own your territory end-to-end: strategy pipeline creation partner engagement customer meetings and deal execution.

Location: São Paulo Brazil (preferred) Brasília DF (considered) Must be able to work from the São Paulo office and travel locally and regionally

Territory: Spanish-speaking LATAM & Government Accounts (via Partners)

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition (100% hunter role) across Spanish-LATAM and Government accounts
  • Sell Axways Integration portfolio including FUSION MFT Amplify and B2B solutions
  • Own direct and indirect (partner-led) sales within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan identifying priority accounts verticals and partner opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with system integrators channel partners and local alliances to accelerate pipeline and deal closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor using value-based selling methodologies (e.g. SPIN PBR reference selling)
  • Engage regularly with customers in Mexico Colombia Chile Argentina and broader Spanish-speaking LATAM
  • Navigate and manage Government sales cycles including compliance with local procurement laws and processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns events and pipeline-generation initiatives
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings targets
  • Travel to customer sites partner meetings and Axway trainings as needed

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience selling complex software solutions in a multinational environment
  • Proven hunter profile with consistent over-quota performance
  • Strong experience selling Integration software solutions (iPaaS MFT B2B API or related technologies)
  • Demonstrated success selling in Spanish-speaking LATAM markets both directly and through partners
  • Experience selling to Government accounts with knowledge of public sector procurement laws and processes
  • Strong partner/channel sales experience in LATAM and Brazil
  • Language fluency required: (Basic or elementary proficiency will not be sufficient)
    • Portuguese fluent or native
    • Spanish fluent or native
    • English advanced / fluent
  • Ability to work independently manage complexity and drive deals to close
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
