Experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar environment of which 1 - 2 years at junior management level
- Proven experience in branch or team management ideally in financial services advisory or insurance sectors.
- Strong track record in sales business development and client relationship management.
- Experience in operational management including compliance quality control and service delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
