Job Summary
Complex Learning Coordinator you will support Cluster Learning Manager & Complex Learning Executive in driving Learning Function in properties. From day one you will be involved in organizing training activities and supporting/promoting learning and development opportunities. You will also support Team Members with advice on how best to improve team members skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- SLITHM Diploma.
- Previous experience in Training & Development OR in a related Field
- English speaking writing and understanding.
- Strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
- Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
