This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (CLASSIFICATION/EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5) Position Description Number T5934000 and is part of the IL HRO AF National Guard.
As a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (CLASSIFICATION/EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5) GS-0203-5/6/7 you will provide limited technical assistance to Human Resources Specialists servicing both Army (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) organizations and the full-time workforce within the state.

If you are using Education to qualify for this position successful completion of 4 years of education above the high school level is creditable for the GS-5 Level. Education MUST have been obtained in an accredited business secretarial or technical school junior college college or university.
You must provide a copy of OFFICIAL transcripts to support your Educational claims.
