JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer 5

PAY RATE: $103/hour

Summary:

Apply advanced engineering and design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues.
Lead research and develop interim and final technical solutions for complex issues.
Direct cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for non-conformances.
Investigate complex multidisciplinary system events and potential safety issues.
Develop and implement product/process improvements and non-destructive testing procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise during design and production phases.
Oversee documentation of technical issues and identify training needs.
Lead on-site repair teams and support investigation teams.
Review and approve design and operational concepts; design interim structural repairs and conduct strength analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
Effective communicator decisive and resourceful.
Ability to work independently and lead/guidance others.
Support off-shift weekend or overtime work as needed.
Experience with structural systems interiors operational issues and delivery support.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in delivery or operational support roles.
Experience with troubleshooting functional testing and technical discussions with stakeholders.
Familiarity with change management processes and prior CI&R experience.
