Job Summary

Vice-Director of Design (Hotels)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the design team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and excellence.
Oversee all design phases of construction projects from conceptualization to completion ensuring they meet client requirements regulatory standards timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement cutting-edge design concepts for high-rise buildings hotels and resorts ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and clients to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.
Maintain and enforce high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the companys design initiatives.
Manage project budgets optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-effective design solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in design and construction to continually enhance the companys design capabilities.
Experienced in planning and managing large scale projects (>50ha) such as new urban areas resorts etc...
Other tasks as assigned by the company executives

Qualifications:

At least 15 years of experience in design management for 5-star international standard hotels or resorts.
Experienced in design at foreign design consulting firms or in design management at enterprises as an investor.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Interior Design Structural Engineering or a related field.
Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
