The Director Digital Excellence & Platforms is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the strategy governance and evolution of the companys digital platforms. This includes customer-facing platforms agency and bancassurance sales management tools training and capability-building platforms and other digital assets.
This leader acts as the platform and product owner ensuring digital assets deliver business value strong user experiences and full alignment to company strategy. The role requires strong leadership presence cross-functional influence confident communication with EMT and regional teams and the ability to stand firm and push for the right decisionsespecially when balancing short-term demands with long-term platform health.
The Director leads a high-performing team breaks down silos and drives digital excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Leadership & Platform Ownership
Own the vision and strategic roadmap for all digital platforms across customer agent and bancassurance partner channels.
Ensure platforms directly enable company strategy growth priorities and experience transformation.
Serve as senior product ownerdefining platform direction prioritizing features and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
B. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Lead and develop a strong digital platforms team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and strategic thinking.
Work closely with business distribution marketing operations IT and regional teams to ensure alignment and eliminate siloed decision-making.
Demonstrate the confidence to challenge assumptions push back when needed and protect platform integrity and long-term value.
C. Digital Platforms Experience & AI Enablement
Oversee the design enhancement and optimization of all digital platforms ensuring best-in-class UX/UI and seamless digital journeys.
Integrate AI capabilities to improve personalization efficiency and customer/agent outcomes.
Enhance platform adoption and engagement through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
D. Delivery Excellence & Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives ensuring on-time on-budget high-quality execution.
Apply agile methodologies and modern delivery practices driving clarity structure and discipline across initiatives.
Identify risks early and manage escalations effectively.
E. Executive & Regional Stakeholder Management
Engage confidently with the EMT to articulate platform priorities decisions needed risks and progress.
Represent Vietnams digital priorities strongly with regional teams ensuring alignment and influencing global programs.
Communicate complex technical or strategic topics in a clear structured and compelling way.
F. Customer Agent & Partner Insights
Use insight-driven methods to understand customer agent and bancassurance partner needs.
Leverage market and competitor scans to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Translate insights into actionable digital platform enhancements.
G. Governance Quality Assurance & Vendor Management
Set governance standards for digital excellence data stewardship and platform performance.
Manage vendors and partners to ensure cost-efficient delivery and quality outcomes.
Track KPIs adoption ROI and platform healthreporting regularly to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Technology Digital Transformation or related field; Masters preferred.
10 years of experience in digital platforms digital excellence or product management leadership.
Experience managing large-scale digital ecosystems in financial services technology or related sectors.
Proven ability to work confidently with senior executives and regional/global stakeholders.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of digital architecture platform technologies AI applications and UX/UI.
Experience working with agile frameworks digital product management and platform governance.

The Data Scientist GenAI Development is responsible for building evaluating and optimizing enterprisegrade Generative AI solutions that accelerate digital transformation across the business. This role combines applied machine learning LLM evaluation and prompt engineering to deliver highquality copilots RAG systems and workflow automations tailored to local business needs.
The position leads the design of training datasets retrieval pipelines grounding strategies and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI outputs are accurate safe and contextually aligned with Vietnamese language and operational nuances. Working closely with crossfunctional teamsSales HR Operations and Financethe Data Scientist enables rapid prototyping continuous iteration and measurable inyear value.
A key accountability is maintaining model quality and trust through robust testing guardrails governance and performance monitoring. The role also contributes to building internal AI capability by developing reusable tools documentation and best practices.
This position is critical for enabling parallel GenAI workstreams reducing delivery bottlenecks and ensuring sustainable inhouse expertise that protects institutional knowledge and supports longterm AI scaling.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and engineer large complex datasets by collaborating with Data Engineering and IT SMEs to enable scalable Generative AI and ML development across global markets.
Design build and deploy endtoend AI solutionsincluding ML models LLMs RAG pipelines multi-agent systems and multimodal workflowsto solve operational and customer-facing business challenges.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures by working closely with partners across Contact Centers Underwriting Claims Sales Product and Operations.
Establish and promote best practices in AI development evaluation LLMOps governance safety and tooling to uplift the broader data science and engineering community.
Continuously research experiment and innovate using emerging AI/ML techniques and diverse structured/unstructured data sources to enhance product capabilities and accelerate enterprise adoption.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in AI / ML or Data Science
Minimum of 1 year of Gen AI development experience with in the 4-6 Years of Data Science . ML or AI experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering Information Technology Artificial Intelligence or related domains such as Electrical Engineering Physics etc.. Masters or PhD in Computer Science AI or related is preferred .
