In this role you will be instrumental in the Common Part Standardization department using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams including Engineering Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Study battery pack requirements to build electrical design proposal for HV battery addressing the troubles and their solutions
- Design the 2D 3D drawing for electrical components complying with schematic diagram and meet HV battery technical requirements. Proficient in using CATIA (or NX) design software and TeamCenter data management software
- Support to control the progress quality of components suppliers during the development process and testing
- Study on design optimization (cost reduction lead time reduction weight reduction visual improvement etc..)
- Contribute to make DFMEA PFMEA Specbook guide lines etc and functional testing safety testing documents
- Study new technology new solutions etc and give proposal for testing and applying to product
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a High Voltage Battery Engineering role especially in HV/LV connecting system. Strong technical mindset R&D background and experience. Familiar with technical knowledge of a highly automated environment and automobile industrial
- Education: Master/Bachelors Degree in elctrical/mechatronics/electronics/automation/robotics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint Word Excel) CAD CATIA
- Good English & communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international audiences
- Self task control and progress tracking skill
- Experience in co-oprating with suppliers manufacturor purchasing logistics etc
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information
- Highly motivated self-starter and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships
