Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction operations from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction practices excellent multitasking abilities and proven experience in handling site operations efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates with a Lieutenant Colonel or Major rank background.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities
- Manage construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee contractors subcontractors and site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company policies
- Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Monitor progress prepare reports and resolve site-related issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders suppliers and local authorities as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Lieutenant Colonel or Major rank background preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and operations
- Proven experience in construction management or site operations
- Excellent multitasking leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Operational planning and team management expertise
