Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers at the airport ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner

- Check-in passengers and their baggage

- Assist passengers with boarding procedures

- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers at all times

- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations

- Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs

- Monitor flight schedules and communicate with relevant departments to ensure on-time departures

- Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus

- Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must have a valid drivers license
