Job Summary

Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff and Airline Cabin Crew. As a member of our team you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport and airline services. Key Responsibilities: Airport Ground Staff: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo ensuring proper loading and unloading onto aircraft - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other airport staff to maintain a clean and organized airport environment - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines Airline Cabin Crew: - Welcome and assist passengers on board the aircraft - Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety demonstrations for passengers - Serve meals and beverages to passengers during the flight - Monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during the flight - Handle any in-flight emergencies or issues in a calm and professional manner - Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for passengers - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company and aviation regulations Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required If you have a passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service we would love to have you join our team as an Airport Ground Staff or Airline Cabin Crew.
