Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. This is a full-time position that will require you to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the airport and providing excellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter boarding gate and arrival areas - Check passengers tickets passports and other travel documents - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other travel-related inquiries - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals - Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations - Adhere to all airport and airline safety regulations and procedures - Perform any other duties as assigned by the airport management team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a team and independently - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
