Job Description: Airstriprealtech is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while they are on the ground. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage and boarding procedures. 2. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings. 3. Provide excellent customer service to passengers by addressing their inquiries and concerns. 4. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. 5. Assist in the boarding process and ensure all passengers are seated and ready for takeoff. 6. Communicate effectively with other ground staff flight crew and airport personnel. 7. Ensure the timely and efficient flow of passengers through the airport. 8. Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements. 9. Follow all safety and security procedures as per company policies and regulations. 10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: 1. Minimum qualification of 102 or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. 5. Basic computer skills. 6. Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends. 7. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. 8. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
