Opportunity Overview:
An executive assistant for the service organizations Vice President and Directors with a communication capability of a marketing specialist supporting them to be effective and efficient in their key functions.
Support with the Executives and Board of Directors:
- Manages executive calendars schedules meetings and prevents conflicts.
- Prepares meeting agendas minutes talking points and briefing materials.
- Coordinates travel itineraries accommodations and expense reports.
- Prepares presentation decks reports and supporting materials.
Communication:
- Acts as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Drafts professional emails memos announcements speeches and communication materials.
- Facilitates customer supplier or partner communication as needed.
Office Operations Management:
- Ensures smooth office operations supply inventory vendor coordination logistics.
Initiatives Support
- Supports the execution of executive-level projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines deliverables and followup actions.
Events:
- Coordinates cross-functional activities and ensures alignment with priorities.
- Organizes internal events team gatherings workshops and executive sessions.
- Handles logistics for corporate events board meetings and offsites.

- Bachelors Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capability in planning organizing and timely execution
- Self-driven with the ambition to grow grounded in principles and values
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
