Opportunity Overview:

An executive assistant for the service organizations Vice President and Directors with a communication capability of a marketing specialist supporting them to be effective and efficient in their key functions.

Support with the Executives and Board of Directors:

  • Manages executive calendars schedules meetings and prevents conflicts.
  • Prepares meeting agendas minutes talking points and briefing materials.
  • Coordinates travel itineraries accommodations and expense reports.
  • Prepares presentation decks reports and supporting materials.

Communication:

  • Acts as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drafts professional emails memos announcements speeches and communication materials.
  • Facilitates customer supplier or partner communication as needed.

Office Operations Management:

  • Ensures smooth office operations supply inventory vendor coordination logistics.

Initiatives Support

  • Supports the execution of executive-level projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines deliverables and followup actions.

Events:

  • Coordinates cross-functional activities and ensures alignment with priorities.
  • Organizes internal events team gatherings workshops and executive sessions.
  • Handles logistics for corporate events board meetings and offsites.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven capability in planning organizing and timely execution
  • Self-driven with the ambition to grow grounded in principles and values
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
